Hi! My name is Michelle Meyners and I am the school counselor at Battle Academy.  I am starting my 17th year as a counselor and 14th year here at Battle.  I divide my time with another elementary school in Hamilton County but I am here Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  When I am here, I spend my time doing classroom lessons, small groups and one on one counseling with the students.  I love the excitement and the enthusiasm for learning that you will find at Battle.

A little about myself, I have a wonderful husband of 20 years and 4 fabulous kids.  Abby is a language arts teacher at Loftis Middle School, Lexie is in 11th grade, Macie is in 9th and Luke is in 5th.  We have a couple of animals that are just as much family, Stella is our dog and Lucie is the cat.  We are a very active family and can be found at the ball field, in the gym or by the pool at any given time.  We love to camp, hike and get outside.
