I am a Chattanooga native and live here with my husband, Michael, and 2 children. Since graduating from UT Chattanooga with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education, I have spent 12 years teaching elementary school in Hamilton County and a year and a half working for a nonprofit startup company. 

I am a lifelong learner, a certified yoga teacher and an aspiring gardener. I love the outdoors, connecting with people, and reading cookbooks. I am looking forward to another year at Battle Academy!
